The two most common types are osteoarthritis and phenmatoid arthritis

A. Rheumatoid arthritis – inflammation and degenerative changes in synovial membrane of joint.

Symptoms – different people experience different symptoms. The most common are joint-pain, swelling, stiffness, fatigue ,difficult movement and occasional fever.

Complications- joint deformity, synovitis, pericardits, lymphadenopathy anaemia, debility and many more.
B. Osteo arthritis- it is no inflammatory degenerative joint disease. It is common in old age. There is Hypertrophy of bones. There is constant pain and tiffness in joints.
